Yes!  Space is extremely limited given the exclusive nature of the office and the quality of care provided to our members.

Our white glove service model allows us to provide families with the personalized care that they deserve. Our office extends greater access and a more convenient approach to pediatrics.  Our members will literally always have access to our Concierge pediatricians. You have access to reach our doctors directly through our HIPPA compliant messaging system that includes text, pictures and even video telehealth options.  ​Also included in your membership fee are well visits/sports physicals per the AAP schedule, sick visits (including testing for strep, flu, urine tests, etc.), customized holistic, integrative wellness guidance, developmental screening, nutrition and sleep guidance, mental health evaluation and treatment, flexible scheduling, including same/next day appointments for sick/urgent visits, in home house calls for newborns up until 2 months, office procedures (minor wound and injury treatment, nebulizer treatments, tongue tie release, etc.), lactation support, form completion, and care coordination with specialists.

Concierge Pediatrics is always available to patients and their families, potentially limiting the need for a lengthy and unnecessary urgent care or an after-hours visit. This is an unprecedented professional commitment made possible only by restricting the number of patients in the practice. Imagine not ruining a weekend needlessly waiting in an urgent care lobby when the access you have to our providers is at your fingertips using our communication technology.  If an office visit is warranted, this is always an option as well.

First and foremost, our staff, our providers and support staff are devoted to making your membership in the office the best experience for you and your child possible.  We accomplish this by significantly  limiting the membership to maintain the exclusive experience for all our members.

Membership fees can be conveniently paid for with a credit card, debit card or check.  The member can pay the annual membership up front or pay monthly with auto deduction.  Discounts are given to those who pay the annual fee up front and for those paying by check.

Membership can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

We do not accept nor participate in any insurance plans and are considered out-of-network providers.  We use a membership model in order to allow us to see patients free from traditional fee-for-service constraints, meaning longer visits, flexible scheduling and direct access to your physician. 

You will still need insurance for hospital care, emergency room visits, testing and other services which are not included in this agreement.  Many patients find that with primary care taken care of, they need only a high deductible insurance plan. Also, your insurance coverage covers immunizations, as well as potential hospital, surgical or specialist bills.  We will provide all of your primary care needs/services for the set monthly fee.  We recommend that you speak to your insurance agent regarding what type of insurance plan is best for your family, and whether FSA/HSA funds can be used for membership/visits, potentially saving you annual premium expenses.  We can assist you in submitting receipts from office visits to insurance companies for reimbursement, similar to a dentist’s office, for out of network claims.

Yes! There is no better gift than the gift of health, peace of mind, and 24/7 access to reach the pediatrician. Concierge Pediatrics membership gift certificates are available and make a wonderful baby gift.

When your little one is sick, sometimes its best just to keep them comfortable and not bring them into the office. Established patients can use our technology to message our providers, send pictures, even a video telehealth option. This will allow our concierge pediatricians to diagnose many illnesses from the comfort of your home.  Of course, as the need warrants, an office visit is always available.  This will provide an added convenience along with the high quality of care you will come to expect from your doctor.

Think of us as more than just pediatricians. We are concierges in the medical field offering our knowledge and strong relationships to our members. Our goal is to be exactly what our members need and when they need us.  That means being there for you if your child isn’t feeling well while at home or out of town. Your child’s physician and medical records, including medications, allergies and lab results are available day and night. Coordination of care and prescriptions can be handled from afar, and all patients traveling who experience illness are expected to call their pediatrician for assistance. Access when you need it the most!

One of the most exciting times of a parent’s life is the birth of their child. It is also a time when new parents need the most support from their family, friends and pediatrician. We are happy to meet with you to discuss your newest family member’s upcoming arrival and care.  Our providers will visit you in the hospital pre and post the birth of your newborn. Once your baby is born, we will conduct the newborn (post-hospital) exam in the comfort of your own home.  Most importantly, you will have all your questions answered, on your schedule, with all the time you need.
